Usage Direction

Mix the suggested amount of cereal with water or milk until the desired consistency is achieved

Note: using luke warm water/milk aids the mixing and dissolving process.

Adult dose: 50g (80ml) per day mixed with warm water or milk

Children: up to 12 yr. 25g (40ml) per day mixed with warm water or milk
