1. What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, but our online store is open for orders all day, every day.
2. Is it possible to put my own label on the products?
Yes. Tetra Medical Solution offers their complete range of products and supplements for third party private labelling / white labelling for start-up companies as well as for established brands. The customer can choose any product and sell it under its own brand name. Please contact us for further information and options.
3. Is it possible to courier my package to anywhere in South Africa? How much is the delivery cost? What are my delivery options?

4. How long will my delivery take?
We despatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within one working day of receiving full payment. Large orders can take anything from 7-10 business days. The delivery times below are not guaranteed by us but a guide supplied by the courier services we use. We will endeavour to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner but once your order gets despatched, we accept no more responsibility on delivery time.

Online payments (payment gateway with check out): You can use a credit card or debit card for online payments (Mastercard and Visa accepted).
7. What is the return policy?
You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving them. We can only accept goods for return that are still in their original packaging and condition. We cannot accept goods for return once they have been opened or used. Large and custom orders cannot be returned as these orders are only done according to specific client requests and are stock items or quantities that are not normally on hand.
8. Do you have different flavours in the meal replacement and other packaging options?
The VITRA Strength Meal Replacement comes in 6 delicious flavours: Original, Strawberry Marshmallow, Chocolate Cake, Crème Caramel, Banana & Toffee, and Apple Cinnamon. The various packaging options are either individual 50g sachets (30 in a box), 1.5kg (30day Month pack), or 25kg bags (500 Adult meals).
9. Can I take multiple products together?
Yes, you can. All our products are 100% Natural and will not interfere with each other
10. Can my 5yr old child use the products?
Most of our products are child friendly. Specific dosages and directions for children’s use are indicated on each product.
11. What can VITRA Fix be used for?
VITRA Fix is the Ultimate blend to give your body a boost. 13. Can I take the meal replacement 2x?
Yes, VITRA Strength meal replacement can be taken 2x daily – but remember that this is a completely balanced meal and should be taken as a meal replacement and not as an add-on meal. (Note: It is still important to get your fresh nutrients in throughout your day)
14. How long does it take to feel a difference?
Every body reacts differently when you start to take supplements, but generally it takes the body 10-20 days to start adapting to changes with natural alternative medicine. Thus, it will take anything from 21 days to really start feeling a difference.
